Does OFFstep offer subscription refunds?
Yes, OFFstep offers subscription refunds under specific conditions.
A refund may be issued only if:
- The request is made within 14 days of the plan activation date. The same applies to renewals and upgrades.
- For new subscriptions, the activation date is the date when the purchase is finalized;
- For renewals, the original subscription start date is used, even if the payment was completed later due to delays or issues;
- For upgrades, the activation date is the date when the new plan purchase is finalized;
- The subscription has not been used;
- The account and content comply with our Terms of Use, contractual terms, policies, and guidelines.
In the case of a plan upgrade, only the latest subscription is eligible for a refund. An exception applies only if both the new and the previous subscriptions meet the refund conditions outlined above.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our team by submitting a support ticket requesting your refund. Please include the reason for your request and why you no longer wish to use the service, so we can review your case efficiently.
