How can I cancel my annual plan with OFFstep?
To cancel your annual plan, please contact our support team via a ticket and specify your request, including the reason for cancellation.
Before you proceed, please consider the following information:
- Refunds are not available if more than 14 days have passed since your plan activation date, if the plan has already been used, or in cases where the account or content is found to be in violation of our Terms of Use, contractual terms, policies, or guidelines;
- All distributed content will be removed from streaming platforms after cancellation;
- You will lose access to all features included in your current plan;
- We recommend checking your remaining subscription time before canceling. If you still have time left, you may prefer to continue using your plan, as cancellation is immediate and cannot be reversed.
To check your subscription details, go to: Account Settings → My Orders
Please note that after cancellation:
- Your account will remain active;
- You will not be charged again;
- Your plan will revert to the Free plan;
- You will still be able to receive royalty shares and withdraw your earnings.
