How can I track the status of my release?

You can see the status of your release on your dashboard, right below the album cover. The statuses are:

• Incomplete – Your release still has some information missing. The registration is not complete.
• Pending – Your release was published, but is still waiting to be approved by OFFstep.
• Approved – Your release is approved and being sent to the DSPs.
• Delivered –  Your release has been distributed to all digital platforms.
• Rejected – Your release could not be approved due to pending requests or an error in the registration that has not been corrected. 
• Takedown – Your album was removed from all digital platforms.
