Why is my content being blocked on TikTok?
When you distribute with OFFstep, you’re using a trusted platform for TikTok, and your music should automatically populate in the platform’s library.
Before submitting a support ticket, please ensure you’ve done the following:
Select the correct account type: Commercial/Business accounts cannot use songs from the platform’s library. For these accounts, a limited Royalty-Free library is available. Videos with these tracks may be used for free commercial purposes. If you are an artist or label, you should use a Creator account on TikTok.
Utilize TikTok’s audio library: Use the audio tracks available in the platform’s library. This is especially relevant for creators that use video editing software. Otherwise, the audio might be removed from the video when TikTok’s system recognizes the content’s “Original Sound” as a legally distributed song available in the platform’s audio library.
