Why can’t I withdraw my royalties?

OFFstep can consider related royalties to be forfeit under the distribution agreement in the following two circumstances:

• OFFstep determines that the royalties and the available balance on your account are the result of fraud or infringement upon third party intellectual property.
• OFFstep receives an infringement claim about content registered to your account.

Those royalties will be used to refund third parties who can their rights were infringed.
