What does each statistic on my pre-save/smart link mean?

In the stats of your pre-save/smart link, you’ll find the following information:

• Total Clicks: The total number of clicks on your pre-save/smart link.
• Unique Users: The number of users who clicked on the pre-save/smart link.
• Song Previews: The number of users who previewed the song directly from the pre-save/smart link.
• Click to services: The number of clicks on the services your pre-save/smart-link generated.
• Timeline: A history of activity related to your pre-save/smart link.
• Top Referrals: The sources from which fans accessed the pre-save/smart link.
• Top Services: A ranking of the streaming services selected by fans, from highest to lowest.
• Top Locations: A map displaying the top locations of clicks, from the dark blue (that displays the biggest number) to the light blue (that displays the lowest number). Hover over the map to see specific click counts.
• Countries: A list of countries where your pre-save/smart link was performed. 

Additionally, you can view:

• The number of users who have pre-saved the album
• The number of users with premium accounts
• Top Territories

In the ‘Download Email List’ file, you’ll find email addresses of fans who agreed to share their emails with you.

At the top right of the page, you can adjust the date range to see the performance of your pre-save/smart-link and download the data.

Please note that the pre-save tool is part of the Marketing tools and is only available starting from the Intermediate plan.
