If you’ve received a distribution authorization request. How should you proceed?

In this case, you’ll need to contact the artist’s label.

First, find out which label the artist is signed to. Then, inform them of the artist’s role on your track or album (featuring artist or the main artist). Be sure to mention that you’re distributing your music through OFFstep and that you require the artist’s distribution authorization to get your content approved.

To expedite the process, please also provide the following details:

• Track/Album Title 
• ISRC Code
• Composers
• Name of the featured/main artist
