I can’t access my account. I’m not receiving the OTP (verification code).
If you’re not receiving the email with the OTP to access your OFFstep account, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check all of your email mailboxes, including spam, trash, updates, etc. Look for the subject line “Verification Code.”
- Check if your mailbox is full and cannot receive new messages.
- Add the email no-reply@offstep.com as a safe email on the security tools of your email settings. Your server may be blocking our emails.
Note that each OTP code is valid for only 5 minutes. If you do not use your code in time, you will have to log in again and request a new code.
If you tried these steps and still haven’t received the verification code, please contact support@offstep.com with your account email for further assistance.
