How long does it take for my music to show up on digital platforms?

As soon as your release (Album/EP/Video/Single) is registered and published, it’ll go into our approval queue to be analyzed by our approval team that can do one of the following:

Add a translation in Português

  1. Approve your music and send it to the platforms;
  2. Create a ticket requesting changes to your music so that it fits the platforms’ rules;
  3. Reject your album.

Once approved, your release goes to the platforms’ publishing queue. These are the official deadlines that the main platforms adhere to:

  • iTunes, YouTube Music and Deezer – up to 2 business days
  • Spotify, Tiktok, Resso, Facebook/Instagram, and Tidal – Up to 5 business days
  • Other platforms – Up to 4 weeks

It’s vital that you plan your release in advance so that our distribution team can meet your timeline. We suggest that you schedule the release date with at least 3 weeks lead-time. That way, you’ll have time to fix possible edits from our team and make use of our pre-save tool to build awareness in advance of the release.
