Does OFFstep distribute videos to Spotify?
Yes — OFFstep allows you to distribute your music videos to Spotify. To ensure a smooth approval process, please follow the steps and requirements below.
Required for Spotify delivery
You must distribute the audio first. According to Spotify’s guidelines, the corresponding audio must be distributed through your OFFstep account in order to deliver a video to Spotify. Video delivery to Spotify is not possible without an approved audio release. If your audio has already been delivered, you can proceed with the steps below.
How to deliver your video to Spotify
Upload your music video via your OFFstep account and wait for approval. Once approved, contact our support team via a ticket to request delivery to Spotify.
Please include:
- The ISRC of the corresponding audio track;
- The UPC, dashboard link, or title of the video release.
NOTE: To find your UPC, simply go to: My Catalog → Manage Music → Open Album → View UPC and ISRC
Important requirements
To ensure a successful approval, please make sure that:
- Titles and metadata match
- The video title must be identical to the audio track title;
- All metadata must match the audio release, including: artist names, artist roles, title, and language.
- Versions match
- The video must correspond to the exact same version of the audio.
If you are uploading a specific version (e.g., Live, Acoustic, etc.), the same version of the audio must also be delivered separately. For example, a Live video must be linked to a Live audio version — not the original track.
