It looks like I have a lot of plays in my artist analytics but my revenue doesn’t seem to be tracking with it, what gives?

We send royalties to your account as soon as we receive streaming reports from the platforms. These are usually paid out 2 to 3 months after the streams happen, so your earnings for a release will always be somewhat delayed. 

If you believe you’re missing royalties from a release that came out more than three months ago, it may be due to abnormal streaming activity, such as paid promotion through a third-party service that uses bots. This violates the DSPs’ terms of use, and platforms will withhold royalties associated with streams they suspect are attributable to bot-farms.
