An OFFstep user has distributed my songs without authorization. What can I do?

If you believe an OFFstep user has infringed upon your rights, please access the Support Ticket area of your account and submit a request through the “Other issues” ticket. Use the subject: “An OFFstep user has distributed my songs without authorization”.

Make sure you send a description of the infraction along with the following information:

• A link to the infringing content
• Your contact information (name, phone number, and e-mail)
• Documentation proving your ownership of the content that predates its release through OFFstep
