What happens if my album is rejected? Will I receive a refund of my subscription?

If this is your first album with OFFstep, and you decide not to upload any more albums to your OFFstep account, we’re happy to grant you a refund. However, if you already have one or more albums distributed with OFFstep, we cannot refund your subscription. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please create a support ticket.
