What happens if my album is rejected? Will I receive a refund for my subscription?
If it’s your first album, and for any reason it was not approved by our team, or if you regret distributing it before the album is approved by our team, OFFstep will refund the cost of your subscription. However, if your release is rejected or if you regret distributing a specific album after having other albums distributed under your account, this means you have used our services. In this case, OFFstep will not refund your subscription. We consider the content distribution service to have been provided.
Additionally, if your album generates any issues and our team has to remove it from platforms due to a violation, OFFstep will not refund the cost of your subscription. We consider the content distribution service to have been provided.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your plan, the refund request must be made within 14 days of signing up for the plan.
