How long does it take for my payment request to be processed?

After the withdrawal request, the funds will be sent to your account within 7 business days. Please check the status of your payment request on the Payment History page.

The status options are:

  1. Pending: Payment is awaiting processing by the financial team;
  2. Paid: Payment has been processed;
  3. Canceled: Payment has been canceled and refunded to your account.

If after the 7 business days your funds are still not received, please feel free to contact us through Support > My Tickets
