Apple Digital Masters (formerly Mastered for iTunes – MfiT)

The Apple Digital Masters, formerly Mastered for iTunes (MFiT), is a flag awarded by the Apple team for albums that are especially mastered for Apple/iTunes.

If your album was mastered at a studio registered with Apple, distribute the album like normal. After you finish the upload, go to the support ticket area of your account and send a request through the “other issues” section with the following information:

• Contact phone:
• Name of the person responsible for mastering:
• E-mail of the person responsible for mastering: 
• Name and email of the person responsible for the studio registered at Apple:

Our support will send the information to Apple to process it and apply the Apple Digital Masters flag.
