How can I get OFFstep support?

OFFstep offers 3 types of support channels! These are available during business hours on weekdays, but you can contact us anytime. Our team is committed to providing timely assistance to ensure your needs are met quickly and effectively. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via your preferred support channel.

  • Support Ticket: You can create a new support ticket directly through your OFFstep dashboard. Our team will assist you promptly and work to resolve any issues you may have.
  • Chat with “Easy” & FAQ: Both are available in the Support Center on the OFFstep website. “Easy,” our AI-based chat, and the FAQ section can help answer common questions and provide useful guidance. The FAQ knowledge base contains articles with quick solutions to frequently encountered problems.
  • Email (directed by chat): If you prefer email support, “Easy” can direct you to the correct email channel, ensuring your message is delivered to the right team for a fast response.
